How do I set up an account with Richie Pharmacal?

Setting up an account is easy. Complete the form on the Contact page and a representative from Richie Pharmacal will contact you.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders received before 3:00 PM CT Monday-Friday are shipped on the same day. Ground shipping is used if you are within a two day shipping zone and if not-2nd day air is utilized. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday. We ship UPS and Fedex to better service all areas of the country effectively.

How do I search for products?

Our product search is easy to use. You only need to enter the first few letters of the drug name you are wanting to see and all items starting with those letters will be displayed. You can also enter an NDC number or our item number to see the product. You also have the ability on our search program to see all manufacturers that we carry on each item.

How do I place an order?

After signing in to your account, click on the New/Open Order link, then Add New Order. You can place an order by entering the items and quantity you want and then hitting the SUBMIT ORDER button twice. Your order will arrive at our office and we will get it out that same day if it is before 3:00 pm CT Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 3:00 PM CT Friday will ship the next business day.

What are Richie Pharmacal’s hours of operation?

We are here Monday thru Friday 8-5 CST to service all your needs. You may also use the contact us button on our home page to send us an email anytime. We will respond to you on the next business day. Or feel free to call our 1-800-627-0250 number to speak to a representative or leave a message after hours. We will respond to your message the next business day.

Can I get a copy of an invoice online? Statement?

Yes-you only need to click on the ACTIONS link and then INVOICE link and you will be able to print any invoice you need. There is also a link to print a copy of your most recent statement located in the same drop-down location.

How do I get tracking information for my order?

You can do that directly on our website. Go to ORDER STATUS and you will see a list of your orders. There will be a tracking number beside the orders that have been shipped. Click on this number and you will be transferred to the website for that shipper and the tracking information will be made available.
